  • Advanced reservations are strongly recommended.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY:
    24 hours in advance of departure. All sales are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please call at least 24 hours in advance of your trip if you or any of your party cannot attend.
Helpful Hints:
  • For overnight stays, please reserve one month in advance to get your preferred departure times.
  • For roundtrip same-day reservations, we recommend reserving a few days in advance.
  • Weekends are less crowded.
  • We recommend you arrive at least a 1/2 hour before departure time.
  • Reservations cannot be guaranteed 10 minutes before departure.
  • The best time to call for information or reservations is between 8-10 a.m. or between 12 noon and 5 p.m.

Our Ticket office on Main St.

Take Route 6 East or West to Exit 10, Route 124 South to Harwich Center. Left onto Main Street. Right onto Bank Street. Left onto Route 28.

Look for the Freedom Cruise Line Ticket Office approximately 1/2 mile on left. We are located at Saquatucket Harbor in Harwich Port.
